Concessions for Classics

C4C is the Western Australian concessional registration scheme for eligible classic and modified vehicles. WASMA is not the licensing authority.

The Department of Transport sets the current eligibility, vehicle and use conditions. Those conditions have changed over time. This page does not restate scheme limits, fees or cut-off dates from older WASMA pages.

WASMA's role is as a peak body for affiliated clubs. Members record scheme use, where their club requires it, through the WASMA app. Club registrars handle the club's own reporting.
